Police Bust Baguio Carnap Group

MANILA, Philippines — Police busted a Baguio City-based carnapping group during an operation in La Trinidad town in Benguet Tuesday, a police official said Wednesday. Chief Supt. Leonardo Espina, director of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG), said the six-man group is specializing on motorcycles, explaining that they would usually steal motorbikes in Baguio City and sell them in other areas.
